Science - Heat Transfer Experiment

 In science we're learning about how energy can transfer from one object to another. To illustrate this concept we poured hot water in a cup and watched how the heat energy transferred from the water to the metal spoon to the petroleum jelly. When the petroleum jelly melted the bead we stuck to it fell into the water. We then talked about how the heat energy dissipates into the surrounding environment.
