Science - Muscles Working in Pairs

 In science, we've be learning about skeletons, their functions, and how we are able to move. The kids learned that muscles cannot push, only pull and that they work together in pairs. When one muscle contracts and gets shorter another relaxes and gets longer. The children made a model to visualize what happens. The rubber bands represent the muscles and the cardboard the bones.
